WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept exchanges and returns if your item arrives defective or damaged. Upon receipt of merchandise, you must inform us of the defect by emailing support@edensqueens.com within 7 days.

For exchanges and returns, items must be returned in the same condition as received. It must be free of stains, soils, smells, unworn, unused and in new condition. Eden's Queens reserves the right to deny any return or deduct from refund if an item is returned in an unacceptable condition.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days before refund will be issued. Some merchandise many not require a return for exchange or refund. In those cases, you will be instructed to take a photo of the damaged merchandise and email it to: support@edensqueens.com. 

*All custom and Personalized orders are final. Please review all revisions before giving final approval.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders will arrive between 5-12 business (Excluding Weekends and Holidays). Please visit the shipping page for detailed information.


I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It is possible that if you ordered more than one item, your items could be shipped in multiple shipments Contact us for more information about specific orders and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes. Please select Afterpay at checkout to pay for your purchase in installments.
